Who we are

Seamvo is provided by Aamir Aslam, based in Pakistan ("we"). Contact: contact@seamvo.com.

The service

Seamvo is business software for flooring companies, used through a web browser, with AI agents that prepare and do work for the business within the limits the business sets.

Trial

New businesses get 7 days free, with no card needed. After that the account becomes read-only until a subscription starts.

Price and payment

£499 a month for up to 15 people, paid monthly in advance by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Businesses registered for VAT account for it themselves (reverse charge); businesses not registered for VAT pay 20% VAT on top. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar, who is the merchant of record for all orders and handles payments, receipts and VAT. Custom plans are priced separately in writing and paid by invoice.

If a payment fails

Polar retries the card and emails you, and Seamvo keeps working for 7 days. After that the account becomes read-only (nothing is deleted) until the payment goes through. Paying restores it straight away.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan and billing and keep access until the end of the month you have paid for; the account is then read-only and you can still export your data. See the refund policy.

Your data

Your business's data belongs to you. We process it only to provide Seamvo, as set out in the privacy policy and our data processing agreement.

The agents

The agents work within the settings you choose and always ask before money goes out, or anything is deleted or merged. You remain responsible for decisions you approve and for checking documents before they are sent.

Claude

Businesses that connect their own Claude account (Anthropic) pay Anthropic directly for that use, under Anthropic's terms.
