1. Who we are
Seamvo provides business software for flooring companies at seamvo.com and app.seamvo.com. Seamvo is run by Aamir Aslam, based in Pakistan. In this policy "we" means Seamvo.

2. Two different roles
- When you visit this website, contact us or sign up, we decide what data is kept and why. We are the controller of that data.
- When a business uses Seamvo for its own customers (their names, addresses, quotes, invoices, emails), that business decides what is kept. The business is the controller and we are its processor: we hold and process that data only to provide Seamvo to them, under our terms and data processing agreement. If you are one of their customers, contact that business about your data.
3. What we collect and why

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who else handles it
- Our server host, where Seamvo and its database run.
- Our email service, which sends password resets and account emails.
- Polar, our reseller, which takes payment for Seamvo and sends receipts and invoices.
- Google, only for businesses that connect their Gmail: the agents read and send email through it on that business's behalf.
- Stripe, only for businesses that switch on card payments for their own customers, under that business's own Stripe account.
- Anthropic (Claude), only for businesses that connect their own Claude account: the text an agent needs (for example an email it is replying to) is sent to Claude to write the reply. That business's agreement with Anthropic applies.
5. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account is open. When a subscription ends, the account stays read-only so everything can still be seen and exported. Its data is deleted when the business asks, or 12 months after the subscription ended. Backups are overwritten within 14 days. The audit log, which records changes for security, is kept as a record.
6. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking. The Seamvo app uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. See the cookie notice.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and take a copy to move elsewhere. Email contact@seamvo.com; we reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
