What is Seamvo?
Seamvo is software for UK flooring businesses: quotes, orders, stock, the diary, deliveries, invoices and accounts in one place, with seven AI agents that do the admin for you. It costs £499 a month for up to 15 people, with a 7-day free trial.
Do the agents do things without asking me?
Only what you allow. For each kind of work you choose "on its own", "ask me first" (the default) or "just tell me". Money going out, deleting and merging always ask you first, whatever the setting.
How is this different from normal flooring software?
Normal software waits for you to do the work. Seamvo's agents do it: they read the inbox, prepare the quote, order the stock, book the fitting and chase the payment, and bring you only the decisions.
What does it cost?
£499 a month for every feature and all seven agents, for up to 15 people. The first 7 days are free and need no card. Bigger businesses, more branches or extra agents built for you are priced on a call (Custom).
Is there anything else to pay?
The agents use Claude, an AI from Anthropic. Each business connects its own Claude account and pays Anthropic directly for what it uses, usually a few pounds a month, with a daily limit you set. Without it the agents still work on their built-in rules.
Can it quote in square metres and whole packs?
Yes. Quotes, orders and stock work in m² and round to whole packs, with batches tracked so a job is fitted from one batch. A room calculator works out the m² from the room sizes.
Where is my data kept?
On a secure server, walled off from every other business in the database itself, backed up every night. Sign-in can use two-step login, and you can export all your data at any time.
Can I see what the agents did?
Yes. Every record says who made it, for example "Made by Stan, on its own" or "Drafted by Ella, approved by you", and each agent's history is one click away.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose Seamvo in Settings at any time during the trial and your remaining days stay free; the first payment of £499 a month is taken when the trial ends. If you do not, your account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and you can still see and export everything.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, in Settings. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and can export your data before you go. Monthly payments are not refunded part-way through a month.
