• Walled off

  Every business's records are separated in the database itself, not just in the screens, so one business can never see another's.

• A secure server

  Seamvo runs on its own secure server, with an encrypted connection (HTTPS) for every page.

• Backed up every night

  A full backup every night, kept for 14 days, with a copy stored away from the server.

• Two-step sign-in

  Each person can turn on two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, with backup codes for a lost phone.

• Saved passwords encrypted

  Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Connected email passwords and Claude keys are encrypted and never shown again.

• A record of every change

  An audit log records who changed what, and it cannot be edited or deleted, even by us.

• Agents within limits

  Agents only do what each business allows. Money going out, deleting and merging always wait for a person.

• Your data to take

  Export everything as spreadsheets at any time. If you leave, your data is deleted after a set period, once you have had the chance to take a copy.
