Try before you pay

Every business gets 7 days of Seamvo free, with every feature and no card needed, so you can be sure it fits before paying anything.

Monthly payments

Seamvo is £499 a month, paid in advance. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan and billing: the next payment is not taken, and Seamvo keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for. Payments are not refunded part-way through a month.

When we do refund

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, we refund the payment in full. If Seamvo was unavailable for a long stretch in a month you paid for, tell us and we will refund a fair part of that month.

How to ask

Email us from the contact page within 30 days of the payment, with your business name. Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Who handles payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar, who is the merchant of record for all orders. Polar sends the receipts and VAT invoices and makes the refund.
